Hey guys I have an 04 GU 3Ltd that I recently put a 4 inch lift in and sitting on 35’s. When I go above 80km or slow below 80 the car shunters badly. I know that the diff gears need to be changed to compensate but not sure what to. Any ideas? Cheers Rick

Your stock 4.3 diff ratios are quite suited for 35s.
If you were using 3.9diffs as a factory 4.2tdi then different story.

I recall a post somewhere about going that high (lift that is) and your tail shaft is on a great angle so what you experience could be normal.

Drgtr, can you explain this for me pls? It doesn't sound correct. Changing ratios should not alter anything regards alignment.

I think he's referring to the 4" lift Phil and the angle of shaft.
