Almost new Nissan owner

Hi I’m thinking of buying a patrol ute 3ltr to tow our 2.7t caravan and would like your help. Is the 3ltr good enough as standard or what you think I would need to do with the motor.

welcome to the forum , with a chip , exhaust etc should be ok most don't like big hills towing though .

Hi and welcome if you could get a 4.2 that would cover you
thinking the 3ltr only have a 2.5 limit happy to be wrong.
doesnt leave much to be over GVM. up grading your GMC will
cost a few grand Id think'
If you dont really need a van a pod might work just as well
