Ive only owned my patrol for just over a month so trying to slowly learn. I have some basic knowledge about main things in regards to 4wds but not alot.
So to some this'll will hopefully be an easy question to answer.

I was looking around under dash in amongst steering wheel.
I discovered a loose wire which had broken away from somewhere.
I worked out that it had come from a switch to do with the clutch pedal.
Please see picture attached l.
Can someone shed some light on it for me
Its a 03 gu which probably doesnt matter for this question.
(Sorry for the newbie question haha)

It's the Cruise Control Interlock.

If you have the Cruise enabled and depress the clutch that switch will disconnect the Cruise so your engine doesn't hit 8 gazillion RPM
