Rear quarter chop?

Hey guys im going to chop the rear quarter on my wagon an im just wondering if i have to brace between the panels or just weld the plates in? Cheers

Hey mate just weld the plates in, assuming you've got plates already. When i did mine used seam sealer on the inside to make it a bit nicer too.

righto mate cheers, yeah $30 of ebay i couldnt go past them! ill just weld them in grind it back and put a shmick of bog on and then prime n paint. then get onto making my rear bar
