Radiator Support Panel HELP!!!

Hey guys i have just look and me radiator support panel is rusted all the way through, i am wondering how i replace it.

i need to remove the trans cooler and power steering cooler to get to it, when removing them both do i have to drain them both.

Abit late to the reply but I can see why you have too.

Plug up both with a bolt or something at the rubber line part. Then proceed to do your work
