HI from an MG guy

Hi Guys,

Stumbled across this place yesterday, gold mine of info !
So time to be a good boy and introduce myself.

WTF I hear you all scream, why am I here ?
Well with something this old (1971) there is a lot of spanner work that I do all myself which makes me odd for out here. As a spin off from that a friend of a friend runs a Patrol as a T1 class rally car and I volunteered to help hit spanners and turn hammers for him and he said yes !

So I'm going to lurk here and see if I can soak up some Patrol specific advise, tips and any general abuse. For example just read the great thread on doing the UJ's so added a 54mm box socket to my shopping list.

Oh and I'm based in the Dubai sandpit.
