My problem is.since having my tps replaced my truck keeps going idle whilst driving.when i take my foot off throttle and push down throttle is speeds up.why the he'll does it does this.love my truck bit this problem confuses me.any help or pointers would be magic

Sounds like it is going into limp home mode. Usually this is caused by over boost. Just needs a few adjustments IMO.
