Central locking and alarm

Hey guys
So I’ve had my patrol for just over a year and I’ve finally hit the wall and am dying to get central locking and possibly an alarm. When I unlock the driver door all the doors unlock which I was told was good for central locking. Does anyone have any good brands for me to look at or auto electricians who can do it for me. Got quoted $550 for central locking and alarm from autobarn.

Jack have you got remote central locking now?

As Above. Bought the $49.95 kit from Jaycar and fitted it in a couple of hours. Kit comes with all the electronics and 2 X fobs. Extra fobs are about $19. Much better than one fob from Nissan for around $140. Read the thread indicated above.
