Hi guys,
My name is Fernando and I'm from Sydney as the title already suggested.
Just bought a y62 Patrol and have come from a 2013 110 defender. The defender was a beast; twin locked, 33s and about $30ks worth of mods but it had to go in order to make way for a better suited family vehicle. I loved that car, i actually cried when i was listing it for sale....
Anyway; im now the proud owner of a my18 y62 series 4. Loving the car and loving the HP. In fact today i drove from Mildura to Adelaide and went to overtake a modified 79 series when the bloke decided he'd accelerate to not let me in. The problem for him was that he was no match for the Patrol and i just roared passed him like he wasnt moving. He would have hated the Nissan leaving him for dead.
Im into 4wding, camping and the outdoors and i think the Patrol is a good compromise between everyday family life and weekend fun.
Hope to learn from others on the site and hopefully be able to contribute.
