Top expansion tank

Hi all,
While upgrading my IC hose clamp I accidently lent on the spigot tube that holds the hose coming out of the top expansion tank just under the pressure cap and cracked it.
While it didn't snap off completely I did crack it. I have glued it back together just to get me through for now, I am going to replace the tank with a new one.
My question is, are they a straight forward fix/replacement or does it need to be pressurised to avoid an air bubble etc?

Hi Tony.
It's a easy fix. Drain coolant, replace tank. Re-fill coolant and bleed. I've seen that snap off many times.

Somebody here recently made a bracket around it , to avoid it happening again. For the life of me I cannot remember who it was.
Hopefully they see this and comment !!!

Thanks Hodge, I picked up a tank this morning from nissan, I'll have a go at it in the morning while its cold.
