Nice work Steve. I wish I could work metal like you obviously can. If I had made mine out of metal, even with a MIG they would look like swiss cheese.
My timber ones are not that neat now, though I was pretty proud of them when I first made them. I used the sliding shelves from a computer rack, which have pretty good ball bearing runners.
The most expensive part was the marine ply and they are a bit heavy, but cheaper than ARB etc. Pity I made them a bit higher than I would like but they hold lots of s**t.

Love it, do you have all your slides on bearing and no commercial sliders in them. Did you make the sliders from steel or aluminum?
