Hello and glad to find you!

My name is Tavi, I'm from Romania and offroading is one of my life's pleasures ...

Nissan Patrol is my favourite offroader ... so my new purchased 4.2 GQ is the sixth of that kind ...

That's why I call it No.6

I'll post some pictures with it (still under construction...) and some with my former No.5 (an MK SD33).

Salut, Tavi!

Let me know if you or the other White Wolves head into Ukraine, and the same goes for the Poles here or anyone else!

Many thanx to all for your kind words!

@Mrowka - we'd love to come over there sometime... Me and my friends are planing an expedition for the next year and we'd be happy to come over there!

For this year, we planned to follow the course of the Danube offroad and I think we'll have a lot of fun. I'll try to post a trip report.

Anyway, our countries are neighbor, so it would be easy to meet!

Melbourne and Perth are on the opposite sides of Australia (the same country), and it only takes 3 days of driving to see our 'neighbours'. lol

Think if it this way also - Brisbane to Perth is approximately the same distance as the crow flies as London to Cairo!! A fair hike to drop in to borrow something or say g'day!!

Here, in Europe,we are very "crowded", so, in 3 Days you can have a complete tour of the old continent ... That's why we prefer to have short distance trips, but a little bit harder than a regular expedition.

Anyway, is one of my dreams to come in Australia and have a long trip like yours ...

@growlers71gq - If you can print it somewhere, I can send the image like a PDF., svgz, ai. or png. file.

I think it's easyer than I'd send it through post office ...

Let me know if it's fine with you. If you can't print it anywhere, I'll put a couple in an envelope and I will need an adresse from Australia ... :)

P.S. : we are honored with this request ! Thank you !

Welcome Tavi,
It's great to see international members and their cars, keep the pictures coming.
You would have plenty of people to meet and to show you around if you ever did the trip downunder(to Australia).
Cheers Gavin

I realised now that I didn't wrote much about me. After I started this topic here, I discovered the "Member rides" section, so I posted there some pics and info about my car.

I must apologise for boring you with the same words and pics here and there, too!

Afterall, about me, as I said, the name is Tavi, living in Romania, a small but beautiful country in Eastern Europe.
I am 33 years old, I am a lawyer, but my passion are the cars and everything else with an engine ...

Once again, glad to find you here, it's a pleasant surprise all the kind words of you wishing me welcome.
I can say just a few words : Thank you !

P.S. : I forgot to post a picture of mine. I'll do it now. It's my favourite : "Riding a Toyota" (my best friend's car). No offence Toyota guys ...
