Got a question. Patrol 3.0di was running then shut off restarted then shut off would only run few seconds felt like no fuel. Left it for around 45mins started ran just long enough to get home (around corner) then shut off restated ran few seconds now won't fire turns over OK no fault codes coming up. Would this be pump or any other problem. Haven't had time or light to look deep yet but have fuel coming out of filter. Replaced fuel filter around a week ago have fuel coming out of filter outlet side. Has had a feeling like it's been running a little out of sync (if that makes sense) has also been using bit more fuel up to 13L 100ks Any ideas cheers

Did you replace the fuel filter before or after your problems started ?

Your economy is pretty good by the way , it's possible that the pump is gone , is the priming pump easy to push down or does it get harder as you pump it , have heard of problems occurring here with air ingress , make sure you haven't got air in the system by bleeding .
You could try a quick puff of start you barstard and see what happens .
After that you need for one of the experts to voice an opinion , just make sure you've checked the MAF sensor is connected properly .

The plot thickens. Left it all day starts up will replace filter tomorrow and maybe put in an inline fuel pump. Haven't tried to drive it yet just incase
