Loss of power and limp mods

hi all, i have a zd30 patrol and recently noticed a lack of power and 3rd gear up a hill goes into limp mode and doesn't rev as it should but is fine going 100 up a steeper hill, any ideas before i take it to a mechanic

Clean and reset the MAF and see if you get a change. There is a situation that can occur if the MAF voltage remains at a certain level for a length of time it goes into limp. I have forgotten the values but mine has done it occasionally.

Ok ill give that a try, i should also mention its been overboosting and has been using a lot more fuel than usual

Now you have changed the question lol. Have you got a Dawes fitted? Could have moved or spring broken or seat covered in oil. If you don't have NADS my last sentence is bull.

Previous owner had no details as he bought it as is, its only over boosting by 2-3 psi sometimes not sure on the dawes but it has the tillix setup
