Mate, in the other link you posted in the attachment opens fine for me. Do you have Adobe installed? https://get.adobe.com/reader/

Installed it both on my phone and my fiance's phone and it still wont work

On the other link does the attachment appear like this? ie shows as an Adobe attachment?

ok I'm wondering if it's a phone install issue I'm using a laptop and just checked it on iPad.

Do you have any other .pdf documents to check if they open? this will confirm if Adobe is installed correctly.
If that doesn't work have you got access to an iPad or PC?

Let me know how you go.
