Hopeing to buy this one in a few weeks after our vacation.
Looks really great, perhaps only apart from one picture of the undercarriage that looks like it could be damaged?
(The "crack" should perhaps be there?)

The rest looks fairly well maintained, hoping though that the rust-protection is well made and not as it seems (using older techniques, and potentially locking rust inside). So if the frame is rust-free and well maintained, I hope this will serve us for the next two decades (or more)!

We are also planning on importing a lot of things from Australia, since it seems we can't as nice things as you have over there.

Foxwing Awning (270 degrees), with tent, floor and walls.
Roof-rack that can take a big load without damaging the cars roof or wherever it mounts.
Winch
Front locker
Sway-bar dis-connectors - we still don't know if this car has this from factory
Lift-kit (not sure which height we can legally go with yet, or what we need since we still haven't decided tire-sizes. Looking at 33" or 35")
ARB or similar drawer-configuration for boot-storage
etc. etc.

I would stay clear of this one, the steering wheel has been put in on the wrong side. :)

Hi sunscreen. Welcome to the forum.

If it's the "crack" I can see in your first photo - it appears to be in a shroud around the exhaust. As far as I know, it's not a major issue if that's what you're referring to. Mine rusted off years back and the only drama I had was that it made a rattling noise while it was half rusted.

Definitely only the Exhaust Heat Shield, so nothing to worry about at all......

Yeah, it looks like it from the exhaust - and look at the sump guards we don't get here on ours
