Raise front on stands, chock front diff on jack, disconnect front shocks and lower front axle with jack a couple of inches, install new springs and shocks. Raise rear on stands, chock rear axle on jack, disconnect rear shocks (from memory left rear upper may need a 45 degree socket piece ), drop axle with jack a couple of inches, install new springs and shocks. If only 2" lift brake lines should be ok but keep an eye.
Been a while but from memory that's how I've done it, yeah about 6 stubbies but be safe No. 1!! Or pay someone, dont get hurt so maybe drink stubbies later.

I have done it a few times, and it is fairly easy once you have done it before .... first time is always the hardest

I used those spring deformers so just lifted one side at a time , six stubbies is about right I reckon , I did replace my shocks at the same time but still have the same brake lines , although if it goes on the hoist the breather lines pop off .
As for tyres , what a way to start an argument but in my opinion 33"s and on a GU shouldn't have any rubbing issues .

I'll add to this, its easy to disconnect the sway bar links, this will lower the diffs more. Also watch out for the breather and brake lines when lowering the diffs.

Just remember with your tyres if changing size , don't forget the spare .

Sounds good for the suspension, if that is the way you want to go ..... I have never used Ironman gear, but others have and have been happy.
On tyres, it depends on what you are doing with them, but I have found previously that the Yokohama's offer great grip but wear faster due to the softer compound to achieve that grip. Not a bad price though ....
I have used BFG's over quite a few vehicles and love them and think that I get my moneys worth even with the slight extra cost ... others love the Toyo's but I have never used them

It's not rocket science to replace coils and shocks. Just remember common sense. You have a lot of weight sitting on those parts AND on the jacks/stands you're supporting it on while changing the parts out... Just go slow and stedy you'll be fine. If using spring compressors, be very careful as if they let go under tension... A lot of inertia force can hurt !
I've done a few cars my self so far and it isnt that hard. On GU's front drop the sway bars but be very of limiting the brake lines etc...

Hey mate just pulled my springs or in the weekend to put in some spacers. Back ones are easy just undo shocks & sway bar links then drop the axle down with the chassis firmly supported with stands or equivalent Springs will drop out when low enough. Front the same but might have to jack it down a little further as such to get the coil out.

Won't need any spring compressors just watch brake & diff breather lines.
