Quicker Glow Plugs for the RD28

I have a RD28T in my Nissan Stagea. And im running
6 Bosch GPN-327
After market glow plug timer
8 Second Heat. With after glow, (pulse) Temp controlled)

Kinda sick of waiting 8seconds on these cold mornings to start my car.

Dose anyone know of any plugs that heat faster than the plugs im currently running?

Patrol life hahaha ive only seen quick heating glow plugs in navs my patrols have always been slow even with new plugs

Bugger, Just used to my old avenir and caldina, turn key do a slight pause between the on and start position (1-3 sec) and she fires into life no problems at all.

Need to fire 24v into them for a couple seconds should speed them up a bit,
