Good day all
I am Nissan 4x4 fan since wayyyy back. Founder member of the Nissan 4x4 Club of South Africa
Currently on my third Patrol, The FIRST one I still have, it is a 1981 Datsun Safari 2,8 [converted to fuel injection] and has done 1,300,000 Km, his name is LOBO. The other one, my "main drive" for the Outreach trips up in Africa is a Y61 4,2 Diesel with aftermarket ATX Turbo on .. he needs an inter cooler still.
Some find it silly, I find it necessary that a vehicle one cares for has a name, thus my Y61 is called iNyathi [Zulu name for a Cape Buffalo]
I am still finding my way around on your famous forum. In time I will figure out to "shrink" the pics and put some here.
