Can any body tell me what size bolt I need for
for the engine mount brackets are they fine
thread or course thanks in advance

Looked in the gregorys manual just says for bolts
might be 9/16 ill know better once I get it apart

I just checked the normal manual and they seem to have torque specs but not bolt sizes.
Bloody hard manuals to navigate..lol

The mounts don't use bolts, they have studs in them. The bracket is bolted to the chassis. I just check the parts catalog and theres no size written. They will be a metric fine thread. Are all the bolts missing? both sides? I think they are a 14mm head on the bolt, which should be a 12mm (1.5 pitch I think) by maybe 20mm in length. If you can get another out you can use this for reference.
11298VB912 for LHS and 11298VB913 for RHS, are the OEM numbers. 4 each you need for both sides. Not sure why they are different part numbers, most times I see this they are the same part, just different numbers. See if a local Nissan dealer ship can get them? They might be cheap enough from them for the right ones.

Thanks mate yea four bracket ones where missing the ones that bolt to the motor
was very lucky the motor didn't twist out

hate 3l motors with a vengeance

M 10 with a 1.25 pitch x 20mm long

Yeah but your a dodgy carnt....

when i was a teenager got pulled over by the cops...lifted bonnet and we had engine wired in like a strainer,corner posts...twitched with a long bit of wood against engine block.....impressed him our ingunitty but he still stickered the good ol charger....IF it ain't wire....it ain't wurff it




should have put the engine keep tryin to jump out

Thanks Plassy going in next Wednesday for 4 days with the GDSA and North East branch Jane and I haven't been in with them for a couple of years Simpson Desert got in the way twice and then I had that op nothing holding us back now
