Finally done all the demodications to the Pigtrol. Yay. Sh!t, where is the water going out of the radiator. Found it in the sump. As fast as I pour it in the radiator it's draining into the sump. Devastated is an understatement. Now commiserating.

ouch what happened.....
Been off the road for a while. Replaced the water pump a couple of months back. Water was low when checking the fluids before kicking in the guts. So dont really know as the water is disappearing faster than I can fill it. Am thinking major internal corrosion.

Sounds nasty Dhuck .....
I can't see how corrosion in the block could happen like that as there is a fair bit of meat between the internals and the water jacket.
I would be looking at bolt-ons such as the oil cooler, or something similar, or possibly the gasket for the water pump you changed over

I'd be thinking oil cooler too.
Fingers crossed anyway

There are welsh plugs in the block behind the oil filter housing. If it is leaking that quick and only going to sump, I would be looking there.
EDIT. Above the oil filter... check page 53 of Parksy's build thread

Well pulled the side plate off today where if there is an oil filter this would be fitted. Spoke with Ben, he told me about 3 welsh plugs behind. Well they are all good. However, the water galleries behind have a secret. There are 2 holes for the water to flow through. Stuck the hose down the rear one and was a funny noise like water trickling into a bucket. It was going into the sump. Think there may be a bigger problem, like a fubar block.
