gq/y60 glowplug issues

hi I have a gq 2.8t I've just put new glowplugs in still wont glow on front buzbar no power going to the bar
tried to locate the relays where to start frustrated :1087: archie

Check the relays on drivers side under the bonnet, in small covered in section behind the main battery. You will need the manual to identify which one is what. Do you get a glow plug symbol on the dash and hear the timer time out? Have you drowned the vehicle recently as you may have an issue with the glow plug controller that is either in the engine bay or in the drivers footwell under the fuse box.

I can hear the timer timing out light comes on in the dash then starts flashing.
no it hasn't been drowned I'll check the relays in the morning.thanks
