First saw these about 12 years ago in Holland, they even sell fold up paper ones in the supermarkets. Not unusual for a tour bus to stop at the side of the road in Europe and all the men get off for a leak behind a tree, this was equality for the ladies.
Also in Amsterdam they have drop in toilets as there are very few public toilets, women use them standing up.
I think they are a great idea, but then again I don't have to use one.

Yeah, My wife has one as well, She used it when we were doing long dives in our dry suits. Her one glued on with latex type glue. An hour on a deco line, just open the pee valve on the dry suit and out it goes.

Stopped at a set of lights ,,,as you do,, and glanced left and there for all to see
was a 4x4 with a solar panel bolted/velcroed no idea how,, fixed to his Bonnet
