Hey how easy or hard is it to change the power steering hoses from the pump to the box, cheers

They are a high pressure hose fitting that professional hose fitters have the equipment for. If you have the new hoses made up and ready to go it will be fiddly but doable. Take the protection plate out from under the radiator and see what is involved. You will need new copper washers to fit at the pump and steering gear.

Reputable hose doctor, Enzed or Pirtek can usually do it cheaper than OEM parts. Enzed did my missus falcon at about half the genuine Ford dealer price. That was four years ago and still no leaks. Genuine Falcon hoses are renound for "weeping"

From what location is it leaking? Pump end or box end?

It's leaking from the pump end, I have the new hose sitting here I'm guessing it's not as straight forward as I think it is?

Not straight forward per say, but I don't see a reason why you shouldn't do it DIY since you have the new hose.
Just make sure, you might have to bleed the system afterwards.
