View Full Version : 1998 front wheel bearing adjustment.

I've tried to follow the Haynes manual on this before I start. They show a useless drawing of a " design for fabricating a bearing nut adaptor ". Does anyone have details of this ? Is there a simpler way to adjust the front wheel bearings? Not as easy as a "normal" car.

Lol. I used a hammer and a punch for years and only just bought the said tool maybe six months ago.

I need to nip up my front left this week,,, I have that tool
but will use a pin punch I suspect, pics to come
