3.0l coolant levels

Hi All,

I was inspecting my cooling system today (well staring at it like I knew something about it). I will again show my ignorance by asking the following.
My radiator is full, the plastic tank on top of the other plastic tank is full. The bottom plastic tank is filled to the max line.
Is this how it should be?

That seems to be correct mate. I always get confused my self, how the header tank and the overflow tank relate to each other... One is pressured and the other isn't.
