[GQ TANK]

Hi,

Mainly been posting on the patrol4X4 forum.

Got an old MK - lifted and in the process of converting to a rb30 donk - still collecting the bits for the conversion.

Have had a long line of 4bys

Suzzie, Hilux, Early Rangie, Na and NF pajeros and now the MK lwb with a l28 (see above)

Update;

Im now running a GQ rb30s (carby / dual fuel) in my MK - love the power differance.

I can now sit in 5th gear and go up the hume without any gear changes.

Mine is very "differant" now with the RB30 - it was a lot of work to convert it - more then I expected.

The motor sloted up to the box ok - just had to slot the two top holes

I had to modifie the gear box mounts and make engine mounts as the engine was on such a ilt that the Carby or efi inlet manifold was hitting the steering colume.

Its all up and running and its a completely differant truck on & off road.

Had to get a hybid L28 / RB30 high pressure power steering hose made up by enzo
