ZD30 2000 Patrol injector seals DIY replacement and intake manifold removal

Hey guys was just wondering if anyone can give me some advice and or instructions on replacing the injector seals for the ZD30 motor as mine are leaking a fair bit of oil which isn't fun. Also any hints or tips for cleaning the intake manifold at home? Dos and donts things to look out for

Injector lines seals are easy to replace,
Remove intercooler, remove injector lines, twist/unscrew the seals.....

To remove inlet manifold as a newbie I simply recommend against going ahead. For start it is complex job required a bit of mechanical aptitude and tools, it also helps if you want to clean it quick and easy to have an access to steam pressure cleaner ans that crud is frustratingly messy to remove with brushes and solvents and generates even more mess on your <insert the place/space here> .
