Hi guys,
My Y60 (24v) fast wiper speed has gone west. (weak joke alert !!!) Unfortunately, I'm still in the east.
Seriously- No fast wipers.
Motor runs well on slow, intermittent & autopark. Switch appears to be good for fast select.
So...
How much car do I need to remove to get the motor out?
Can I get the motor of for service while gearbox still in place?
I've done more than my share of electric motor repairs - Is it serviceable??
Is it likely to be brushes or similar, Are they a standard brush easily procurable?

Any suggestions / comments / weak jokes... etc.

Thanks
Dave

i not sure if 24 v is the same as the 12v setup but i'd in my 12 v look beside the battery at the amp. i had rats chew the wires but i suffered from no intermittent or washers.
anywho my point is it could have an amp and this is another point to look at.
