So I'm about to order a new viscous fan hub as mine is screeching. I've decided to just get a new one instead of trying to refill the old.
What is the process for adding fluid? I've read where people have used a trial-and-error method of adding and testing to make the fan work at the right times but surely I can just put a set amount in and forget about it?

You have to pull it apart to put fluid in it. I think only the TD42 ones can be refilled?
A new one should come with the correct amount of fluid in it.

You can fill the TB hubs but you need to drill a hole in it, put the oil in and then cap the hole off. Pretty sure I seen it done ages ago on the other forum.
