3" exhaust / Chip/ Tune

G'day Guys,

Looking at putting a 3" exhaust in the patrol and either getting a chip or dyno tuned?

Thinking about going with Scotts Rods exhaust kit.

I've heard alot of mixed stories about chips being bad for the engine and going dyno tune after fitting the exhaust what recomendations do you guys have?

I have a straight through Cat with a 3" system egr block catch can and dawes/needle fitted
Also I have a DP chip fitted, love it to bits.
What motor are you thinking of fitting all this to??
