Hi guys just finished rebuilding zd30 have fittet pyro and boost gauge but says i only have 2psi boost exept when accelerating goes to 6psi temp is reading 350 at 2000 rpm any pics of boost line set up appreciated

Hi mate its best to post an intro before asking questions, just something the
Forum asks of us all. n harm done.
Where have you picked boost up from, If your running the OE intercooler
chances are it leaking, swap it out for a fully tested and tigged unit.
You may need a dawes valve and needle valve to up your boost levels mudski

Bit about myself had patrols for last 20 years started with petrol mq then 4.2 petrol gq and had gu for about five years now was all good till hole in no. 2 piston but ive rebuild it all now so far running well

Need a bit more info mate.
Any mods done? Have you checked all the IC hoses for cracks? Clamps are good? Intercooler is not leaking? Sounds like a boost leak to me maybe.
The small hose from the turbo actuator runs back towards the air box and into the vacuum control solenoid. Middle port it should be connected too. The end port goes to the vacuum pump and the inner one loops over to the resonator box which the solenoid is mounted too.

Blocking plate and oil catch can checked all hoses seem ok all done up tight
