Hi Guys, my name is Lee, and I am from Tassie. I have a GU Patrol, and engine light has been coming on every now and then. Took car to a mechanic, who after four visits and $900, says it is now the injector pump. Diagnostic said Insufficient fuel to injectors. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Dont want to part with $4500 if I dont have to (Which I dont have), Thanks guys.

Hi Lee can you pop over and post and intro first please,,,,
just something the forum asks of us all, no harm done just saying.
Your problem may be water in your fuel, also disconnect the battery
when you check your fuel filters it will re-set the ECU

Hi dogsrule. I had the same issue with the engine light coming on and off. It only ever came on when I was on a track. Turned out to be water in the fuel filter. Cheap part to change. I would start there.
