Welding Coil Braces

I've bought a set of Superior Engineering weld in coil tower braces:

Has anyone installed a set of these? If so, what is involved? Any tips?

Would you just clamp them in position tack weld them
check then fully weld them.

I'm just not sure if they go inside or outside the shock towers. So far, they don't look that hard to install, just wanted to check
