TB45S factory fitted Hitachi carburetor?

Hi, I need the genuine Hitachi carb of the TB45S. Would someone please show me what it looks like and where I could get it?

I wasn't aware that any tb45 engine came with a carby. Is it a Tb42? Or did the 45 come with a carby outside of Australia?

I haven't either. Wikipedia says otherwise. OP would be lucky to find a one though.
