Yesterday I suddenly noticed that my voltmeter had dropped to 12V but the charge light did not come on. I also noticed that the charge light did not illuminate before startup, and my first thought was the charge light bulb. It was not the bulb. The Vacuumpump that is driven by the alternator works well. Any ideas before I order a new alternator?
