Guys I just want to confirm that the hose in the attached in pics is the hose I place my catch can in line with.

Also, what can i use to clean my intercooler and pipes/hoses if I find they are all full of oil and crap?

It's the same hose, the 2nd pic just shows where it comes from.

Ha, yeah you're right. photo is a bit misleading when you don't look closely.

Most of the pics I've seen have pointed to a hose coming out of an alloy block at right angles to the motor

If that hoes goes into the air intake hose, on the engine side of the intake hose, then thats the one. If you follow it along from the intake it goes into the rocker cover.
