New to the forum

G'day all. New to this so hopefully am doing it right. I am currently traveling Aus with wife and 2 kids in 2010 GU wagon. All been great until hitting Wyndham WA and have got the good old squealing noise under the bonnet. Have replaced the tensioner pulley and still no good. Removed the belt and still squealing. Will check the EGR next but being remote are in a bit of strife.

Hi Caz and welcome could be you have a split egr pipe or even a warpped exhaust manifold Lets hope not.
Have you checked the clutch pulley on the alternator they will squeal as well ,,,,,,cant be this then
You may find to noise will go away as things heat up

Start another thread in the mechanical section, more ppl will see it that way.
Any luck finding the source of the squeal yet?????
