The last white(ish) truck from left to right is a UAZ 469 actually, the last modification before the Hunter came out, as far as I know. The first Pajero is our highly-equipped short-base truck that usually spearheads the operation when the rest of the group has lower levels of equipment.

And here is the Pajero in its early, semi-pristine form - we spent the whole night before traveling to this Off-roading convention cutting the fenders to fit in the new Interco tires. It's a pain getting them in Europe, but the wait was well worth it - they're great for mud. However, huge tires wreak havoc with your breaks - we've been changing disks like napkins almost. A new break system is in order, but will have to wait for better financial times. And the Patrol is a priority for the time being - the Pajero is no good for long-distance drives and the Patrol is well overdue for major maintenance.

ah yes, great pics of the Old country, where abouts were those taken mate, apologies if you 've already said so but i might have missed it.
