If you have oil leaking down the brake backing plate your problem is a leaking inner axle oil seal, you don't need the big spanner to replace that seal.

0707 Fuel Injection Timing Control System
Circuit malfunction, Injection Pump Control Unit failure, Poor fuel quality

It's not looking good!
Don't take it to Nissan, there's a diesel specialist in the Springwood/Underwood area (the name escapes me at the moment) that would have a better idea of what to do next.

It may not need a pump, it could be something as simple as a leaking lift pump allowing air into the fuel system. That can log the same code.

does anyone have any clue how to press rear wheel bearing off without a press. all good now found a press

YNOT
19th April 2011, 07:01 PM
I don't know how to remove them even with a press. A couple of years ago when I was working for a Ford dealer we tried to press of a Maverick rear wheel bearing. Even a 30 ton press couldn't move it. We repacked the bearing in place and never had any trouble so the bearing must have been OK.
