Is there a solenoid in the fuel line?

Re trace all your wires , seems you've missed something and it may be visible

Most GQ gas installations have a relay fitted in between the ECU relay and injectors. This will turn off the injectors when running on LPG but shouldn't affect spark.

This relay can either be mounted near the ECU relay (beside the battery) or near the head on the front of the engine.

During the gas installation they cut the wire running between the ECU relay and injectors. When removing an LPG system you need to find where they have cut this wire and rejoin it and remove this extra relay.

Welcome to the forum, can you post up an introduction, it is something that we request before getting access to the manuals.

Thanks guys chewing through this info as we speak, as well as the manuals to see it it will make sense. The wiring was wierd it was like it was all piggy backed which doesnt make sense to me. there has to be a circut still open somewhere

Found it, A dodgy earth off the back of the coil. whilst it was earthed it was not earthed well enough. Persistence pays off.

Good the hear ,,,you might want to check some other earth straps
as all they do is cause problems, even run an extra one, wont hurt.
Again well one
