AH good question I have a heap of hoses ready to be replaced,,, the top of the turbo is 50mm
that small one at the back is a 60mm I think,
mudski would know the sizes,
If you dont get sizes Ill measure them tomorrow for you as I have a few jobs to do on it
There are a few mobs selling complete hose replacement kits onEbay, Ill see if I can find a link for you

These hoses are not something you can get sizes for and go to any local shop to get.
If it helps here the Gates part numbers for all the hoses....

Intercooler inlet end Rear of the IC 05-1886
from turbo outlet 05-1887
short hose front of intercooler 05-1885

There is a short'ish straight hose at the back of the IC also, I think this is 2inch ID. Might be 2 1/4 inch.... I can't remember on this one to be honest. But this is pretty much the only hose you can get from just the size.
Use rubber and not silicone hoses. I had a hell of a time with hoses popping off when using silicone. Oil is silicone's worst enemy, quality rubber is best here.

This is the one that blows off {blue}
You could also change the clamps to constant pressure
t-bolt clamps.

Might also think about enlarging your intake pipe diameter as well.
I have a members old MAF housing Im hoping to get enlarged ever so slightly,
but will increase airflow.Its been made up for a while just need a nice day to fit it.

I changed mine completely (on a 3L DI). I have changed the direction of flow through the IC. I have installed a 180 degree "U" shaped hose from the IC to the engine inlet (they are after all right next to each other). I then welded an extension pipe to the front IC pipe and a short bit of angled hose goes from the turbo outlet to the IC. A total of four hose clamps and no other bits of connecting pipes and hoses. I just used a vernier to get pipe sizes and got onto the net to find appropriate hoses. It's much neater and the pipes don't get in each other's way. Running the air the opposite way around the IC seems to make no difference in performance.
