Canopy power control box inside fuse box is a Jaycar marine part and has 1 common bus bar and led indicators that light up when fuses blow, box is another wonderful jacar part believe it or not that little knockoff pelican case was cheaper than a suitably sized junction box

24" Light bar installed that's now gone as the Mrs. Wanted it for her Holden Viva so she insisted I 'had,' to get a 30" to replace the patrol one....
And that gentleman, is why my wife is the best wife in the world.
Unrelated this is her viva now

Sad to say bloke, you may have to rethink that. I got pinged 6 weeks back for my light bar.
They may not be in front of or above the bull bar. OK, according to walloper who got me, to be roof mounted tho'.

Ok so your legal on the "nothing obstructing drivers view" but these mounts fail the "must not cause bodily harm to padestrians".
Exactly the same reason rod holders are illegal when not in use

In order to pass that would I need to weld a tube or something like that between the 2 mounts?
Still pretty funny they're re worried about the mounts causing harm to pedestrians rather than the 2 something tons of steel behind it potentially traveling at speed

If the 2 tonne vehicle hits you at 15km/h it might knock you off your feet and give you a few bruises, but you will probably be fine and walk away.
If the 2 tonne vehicle travelling at 15km/h had those brackets on the front it might be a different story.

Nice rig be wary of Buff out on the tracks,,,, I knew a bloke who had his 4x4 destroyed by one,,,,,
As for the light bar,,, mount it up in front of the Pod better use up high like that I think,
Paint any antenna black though,,,,lol
Or mount it under a Rhino aero bar.....

The buff were pretty good out that way, not so many any more around the township (compared to when I was a kid) that said a week befor I left one of the mine vehicles was totalled by a buff not 300m from the welcome to Nhulunbuy sign, but if you head off down the Arnhem highway a bit towards Ramo there are still herds hanging out along the road (really tasty after being slow cooked)

Have to agree with the rest cut them off and grind smooth with a flap disc.
If you're stuck on fitting a light bar there bolt in on top of the bumper bar section of the bullbar.
You'll still have plenty of light, imo
