Installation of the new is pretty much the reverse of the above.
Precautions:
1)Use almost same diameter socket as the uni joint cap to hit the caps. Do not hit with a round head hammer.
Gentle tapping with flat head hammer the same diameter or bigger than the cap diameter is ok at the beginning of bearing
cap inserting. But, need a correct socket to place on top of the bearing cap and hit on the socket to get the bearing cap deeper
into the correct position.
2)Grease the needle bearings if they are not greased (with HTB).
3)Make sure the needle bearings won't fall out or go out of place when inserting the caps
4)Make sure that the plastic or rubber grease sealing rings come with the uni joint are installed in the right orientation.
It's not hard to accidentally place them in the wrong direction, as in the picture below.

Yep. I'll post the rest of the job photos tomorrow. :)
I need to setup the PC in the garage. There's been too much running in between the PC and the garage today. :D
Wifi has been crappy in the garage, hence the reason I haven't done it yet.
I'm thinking laying a long cat5/6 cable or get a wifi repeater. :)

Replacement
One of the easiest ways the replacement can go wrong is to drop needle rollers towards the back of the bearing cap and
ending up crushing them. If this happens, check whether the old uni joint needle rollers are the same size as the new one.
Use the micrometer or vernier caliper to confirm that. If they are the same size and the old new rollers are in reasonably good
condition, you can scavenge a few from the old uni joint.
If at any stage if you find it,
1)Difficult to get the circlip in due bearing cap not going deep enough or
2)You need to hit the bearing cap too hard to get it to go in deep enough or
3)Uni joint movement is too difficult and shows too much resistance,
Then remove the uni-joint immediately.
It's more than likely a needle rollers have fallen to the back of the bearing cap and lodged there, or even worse
crushed from the hitting to get the bearing cap in deep enough to place the circlip.
Follow this thread and I've documented all the dramas I've had with the installation and how to avoid them.

Installation of a uni joint can end up NOT so simple as above and will need lot of patience and care to ensure the needle rollers don't get damaged or the drive shaft itself.
I've uploaded a picture below to demonstrate one of the DON'T DO's of uni joint installation.
