My drivers door was starting to sag a bit and not match up with the striker plate.
I fitted these:

I was surprised at how easy they were to fit and the door now works like new.

G'day,
The E-bay site tells me that they won't suit Patrol, only Navara. What vehicle did you fit them to?

How you get the old ones out?
Looked at mine recently and bought a whole set of hinges as the pins are peened over thus requiring grinding.

They also fit a GU Patrol.

You take the hinge off - grind off the bottom of the pin - punch the pin out - separate the two parts of the hinge - cut the tops off the bushes - punch out the old bushes - press in new bushes - put the new pin in - and you are done!
Sounds a bit complicated but it's not.
The only thing that surprised me was the weight of the door. No wonder the hinges wear.
At a cost of around $20 for four pin / bush sets (it will do two doors) - it's a bargain.
