After waiting decades since seeing a GQ for the first time, I've finally got a Patrol; Y61, 2013 model, I think that's series 8???

Now it's time to start building it the way I want it built, so I'll be asking a few questions.

Is there a thread I can read about whether or not I should block the EGR off?
Is there a thread I can read about catch cans and how to install one?
And turbo timers. Are the turbos still fragile in these Patrols?

Have a search and read up anything by Chaz Yellowfoot [guru]
Blocking the EGR is a good mod if not entirely legal, but most here
would have it blocked.
Catch can of choice is the provent 200, and using a Ford XA heater hose
with flared ends will help installation.
I think turbo timers are illegal, could be wrong on that but Im not a fan.
Ive never heard of the turbo's being fragile, again could be wrong.
