Fuel leaking at #4 injector

Gday fellas

Finally fixed my oil leak, was coming from
Rocker cover gasket, replaced that today
Wasn't a hard job but took its time.

Now after putting everything back together I have discovered
A fuel leak a large one at that coming from#4
Injector can't exactly pinpoint but it's there
Could it be a good chance the fuel rail line leading tithe injector
Stuffed? I understand that once they are cracked you shouldn't use
Them again.

These have a crush copper washers. Have you got new ones in there after putting the squirters back in ?

No didn't, didn't cross my mind to be honest. Will have another look tomorrow was all a big rush

I had a decent leak from #5. As Hodge mentioned, replacing the washer fixed it for me.
