I want to replace my radiator cap and overflow tank as it looks really old, are the aftermarket ones good enough?

radiator cap use only nissan one and its ok for aftermarket overflow bottle

You can clean the inside of the tank using some stuff call CLR.
or put some sand it it and give it a big shake, make sure all
the sand is gone when you go to re fit it. it will come up like new
