Hey Guys,

Can anybody please help me with the thread size and pitch size of the RB30 Patrol stock exhaust flange studs?

Thanx

10mm/1.5mm, according to the vernier caliper.

Yeah mate. I usually take it to Bunnings. They have the thread checking board with all the sizes and pitches.
I was bit too slack to go there all the way, so I used the vernier caliper. Size is easy to find out. It's the pitch I had bit of apprehension and anxiety about. :)
Anyway, I got it right apparently. 1.25mm pitch would've been a really bad choice, but Nissan did that with wheel nuts(12mmx1.25mm), so it's quite possible. I had a 10mm/1.5mm tap starter from the tap and die kit, so I used that to match the stud I pulled out of the manifold flange.

To tell you the truth, for exhaust studs and nuts, I would be happier with 1.75 pitch, if it's readily available.
