89 safari 4.2 NA overflow tank

Hi Guys, I just bought a safari and I see there is a crack on the overflow bottle on the top. Do I need to replace it? I am new to this so also want to know if that is where I fill the coolant/water as well?

Will appreciate any advice.

If the main radiator had a pressure cap then the over flow doesn't need to be pressurized.
As long as the crack isn't huge and is above the max line I'd simple seal it with some silicone or tape..

they are pretty cheap from patrolapart... so if its bad just change it. mind you check which way the hoses are on the new bottle .....

It would drive me crazy having a leaking overflow bottle
as Garett say its cheap enough from Patrolapart so buy
a new one if you ask me,,,,One less thing lol
